Baklava up close
Here is part of a batch of baklava we made for a recent company picnic. With the exception of the spices (cardamom, allspice, cinnamon, pepper), all of the ingredients were procured from local sources, the butter, honey, rose water, pecans, and flour for the phyllo.
There were no leftovers.
